This recipe is something we use all the time for our garlic bread. We make it ahead and have it in the fridge for last minute garlic bread or to put on potatoes and other veggies. It’s so simple, you really don’t need a formal recipe to make it. However, I am referring to it in a different recipe, so I thought it would be best to have some instructions for people who aren’t familiar with it.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley or chives
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- This is simple. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. You can use it immediately or put it in the fridge for later.
